Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Reasons for Return:
Incorrect item received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert preferred email address: sales@pakhbalo.com, info@pakhbalo.com, or contact@pakhbalo.com] with your order number and details of the discrepancy. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at your discretion.
Change of mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).
Return Process:
Contact us at [insert preferred email address] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address we provide in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our 1 part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund (minus any original shipping costs) to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you can return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Cancellations
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@pakhbalo.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
